About This Refund Policy

We want you to be completely satisfied with Sanatani Dhara. If a puja cannot be completed for any reason, a refund is issued as per the terms below.

When You'll Get A Refund

• If Pandit Ji does not arrive at the scheduled time and the booking has to be cancelled
• If there is a technical or operational error on our part
• If a duplicate payment has been made

When You Won't Get A Refund

• If the puja has already been completed successfully
• If the user cancels the booking at the last minute (see Cancellation Policy)

Refund Process

An approved refund is credited back to your original payment source within 5-7 business days.
